The living room has been furnished in detail contrasting classic furniture with more modern elements, and it has a sofa bed and dining area, and the kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with everything our guests might need.The room has two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 each and it has a door to a nice interior patio. The bathroom is very modern and comfortable, with shower.** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.
