This apartment is located in Chopera’s neighborhood, Arganzuela district. From here it’ll take you around half an hour to get to the Complutense University of Madrid. In this neighborhood you’ll also find the old Slaughterhouse of Madrid, Cristal Palace greenhouse, Casa del Reloj cultural center and the Plaza Rio 2 shopping center. The closest metro station in Legazpi (Lines 3 and 6) Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments.
