It has the Puerta del Sol 10 minutes away, the apartment is very close to the triangle of culture of Madrid. There are many gastronomic and leisure proposals in the vicinity of the apartment. The rental price includes utilities (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). The apartment has smart TV and young international atmosphere. ⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS: 🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid.
