This newly remodeled room has with large balcony doors that open up to an amazing view of the Santa Engracia street. It has a 150 cm bed, a desk, chair and a wardrobe. It’s located in the Rios Rosas neighborhood, in the centric district of Chamberi. You’ll be able to easily access universities such as CEU (on its campus from the center), Complutense of Madrid and Politecnica. In the area you’ll also find lots of shops, restaurants and museums such as the Geominero, Sorolla, Canal de Isabel II or the Natural Science Museum and parks like Bravo Murillo Park. The closest metro station is Ríos Rosas (Line 1). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the summary of payments.
