This apartment is in the Campamento neighborhood, in the Latina district. If you hop on the metro you’ll be able to quickly go to Complutense University of Madrid and Politecnica University. Near the apartment you can find several restaurants, shops and even a huge park with a small river for you to be able to have fun and get in The closest metro stations are Colonia Jardín (Line 10) and Campamento (Line 5). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. Cerca del apartamento también encontraréis varios restaurantes, tiendas y hasta un inmenso parque con arroyo para que podáis estar en La paradas de metro más cercanas son Colonia Jardín (Línea 10) y Campamento (Línea 5).
