Outside of Batik’s space, Eixample is a playground for explorers while inside the home, Batik offers unmatched relaxation with its soothing design and intentional furnishings. Batik’s greatest amenity is easily its outdoor space. Take advantage of all eight square meters of fresh air with a light read on the wide-stretched living room terrace or a swanky cocktail on the cabana-like patio attached to the first bedroom. Even on Barcelona’s rare, rainy days, Batik exudes vibrance. Stay inside and cozy up in the living area. This space is positively posh with its impeccably high ceilings and Java-inspired wall hangings. Indulge in an equally luxurious dining experience with the open concept kitchen and dining area. Kitchen highlights include radiant backlighting, chic fixtures, modern appliances, and all the necessary kitchen utensils for creating a delectable meal. The four-person dining set rests on a classically-designed Barcelona flooring while blending local design with an Indonesian table setting. When it comes to rest, Batik has the answers. The first bedroom, to the right of the entryway, greets guests with style. The term “Batik” derives from the ancient fabric tradition found in Indonesia and the custom is captured in bedroom one’s textiles. To the right of the queen-sized bed, lies abundant storage space while the other side of the room leads to the beatific patio. Back to the main hallway, guests will find the detached bathroom. Transcend to Pacific island paradise with the bamboo design elements and walk-in shower. Across the hall is the second bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom will take guests to new heights with luxury-style ceilings, a queen-sized bed, and beachy hues. The bathroom is a smooth transition from slumber to spa. With an external vanity, guests will find an insular oasis in the bathroom that offers a walk-in shower and grassland touches.
