Flat has an entry hall, kitchen, two toilets, and laundry room. 20' minutes walking from the beach, 10' from Arch de Triumf, 10' from Sagrada Familia. Easy access for Red (Glories) and Purple (Monumental) metro lines, and buses/taxis. Pharmacy, grocery shops and facilities close by. Total privacy with the windows, because there are no neighbours but the sky. We look for a responsible person to share this fantastic flat with me Tito (information designer) and Mariana (financial services), someone who willing to respect the flat rules and have a great time in Barcelona.
