24m2 loft atic with 45m2 of terrace for private use, located in the central neighbourhood of El Born. It's right on the middle of good restaurants, local shops and the famous Passeig del Born, 5 minutes walking from Ciutadella Park and 10 from Arc de Triomf. It's a 7th floor with no elevator. The only disadvantage because once you get to the top floor, you have a huge terrace with astonishing 180º views from Tibidabo and Sagrada Familia. You can see both during the sunrise and sunset also from the coach. You enter the apartment (as I call it ''The little cave'') from the terrace, acceding through two big glass doors which allows all the light to enter during the entire day. It has another little window on the kitchen. It's a very cozy apartment. The bedroom part is separated from the living room through a doble closet. The bedroom has a big doble bed and it's in front of the full equipped kitchen. The loft also has one bathroom with shower. You can make big time of your daily life in the terrace since Barcelona has 9/12 months good weather. Cook something on the grill, or just chillin' enjoying the views. If you like something different, living in The Little Cave is an experience everyone has to try at least once!
