Ascea has two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, creating a private oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, a dedicated workstation and an outdoor sitting area enhance the comfort of this space. The second bedroom, adorned with a single bed, offers a cozy retreat. The second detached bathroom is chic and functional in design. The heart of Ascea is its open plan living room and kitchen, a space adorned with coastal essence through the color scheme and wooden pieces. The fully furnished kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample space for preparation. The dining table is perfect for intimate meals and shared conversations. In the living room, an entertainment system provides relaxation and enjoyment. Step through the sliding glass doors and onto the terrace, where an outdoor sitting and dining area invite you to bask in the Mediterranean sun. The air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom ensures a cool and inviting indoor environment, even in the summer. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.
