We offer a ‘ready to move in’ flat, providing a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: beds, bedding, towels, cupboards for your belongings, study/work area, views of the inner courtyard and private bathroom with shower.Terms of contract:There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of cleaning is divided between the owner and the tenants, 2 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is €20).Here at Comfy Rooms, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer a fast and efficient service through our professional team.
