We offer you a 'ready to move in' apartment, we provide a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: beds, bedding, towels, closets for your belongings, study/work area, views of the interior patio and bathroom private with shower.Contract conditions:There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of cleaning is divided between the owner and the tenants, 2 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is €20).Here at Comfy Rooms, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer a fast and efficient service through our professional team.
