Apartamento elegante y espacioso, con una ubicación excepcional en el corazón de "El Cabanyal", el antiguo barrio de pescadores de Valencia, a pocos pasos de la playa. Muchos restaurantes y bares con terrazas soleadas alrededor. Súper elegante y bien equipado, tiene todo lo que las parejas o personas que viajan solas necesitarían para una estancia memorable en Valencia. El apartamento está situado en la planta baja de un edificio histórico, sin ascensor y ha sido completamente renovado en 2017. Puede alojar cómodamente hasta 2 personas. Decorado de forma moderna y con un diseño súper elegante, mantiene su encanto original, manteniendo elementos de la arquitectura tradicional valenciana como techos altos con vigas de madera, paredes de ladrillo visto y grandes ventanales con puertas de madera, que le dotan de gran carácter y lo hacen muy especial y encantador. También cuenta con un pequeño patio trasero con encanto. El apartamento cuenta con una sala de estar muy amplia, una cocina moderna y totalmente equipada de concepto abierto, un baño súper espacioso, el dormitorio y un pequeño patio. La amplia y luminosa sala de estar y comedor, con techos altos y vigas de madera, ofrece un cómodo y súper grande sofá chaise longue, una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4 personas, TV, una mesa auxiliar y 2 cómodas sillas de lectura. Toda la zona está rodeada de grandes ventanales que llenan el salón con mucha luz natural. En la cocina, totalmente equipada, encontrarás todo lo necesario para preparar una comida rápida: menaje, vajilla, microondas, lavavajillas, placa vitrocerámica, frigorífico/congelador, exprimidor, cafetera, hervidor y tostadora. También ofrezco condimentos básicos de cocina y detergente para lavar la vajilla, para evitarte la molestia y el coste de esta compra básica. El dormitorio, cuenta con una cama de matrimonio (150 x 190cm) para garantizar un buen descanso nocturno, y un armario con espacio suficiente para todas tus pertenencias. También en este nivel encontrará un baño completo súper espacioso que ofrece una cómoda y amplia ducha a ras de suelo. También se incluyen ropa de cama y toallas limpias y frescas. Las toallas de baño suministradas son para uso exclusivo en el apartamento. También encontrará un secador de pelo, plancha, tabla de planchar y artículos de tocador como champú, gel de ducha y jabón de manos. En ambos niveles se proporciona una rápida conexión a Internet WIFI de alta velocidad y un sistema de aire acondicionado tipo multisplit frío y caliente. El importe de la limpieza se refiere a la limpieza del apartamento después de la salida. No se ofrece servicio de limpieza durante la estancia. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples. - As a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times. - In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24º C in cool mode / 25ºC in heat mode. - No parties or events are allowed. - You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform - Typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request. - Please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / between , will have a supplement of 30 EUR, to be paid at check-in time. - The building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may - Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment. - It is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises. - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. - Pets are not allowed. - Damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage. - If you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment. - Please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay. - You will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.
