This modern penthouse flat comes with two private outdoor terraces. Decorated with wooden and rattan furniture, the main outdoor terrace comes with a dining area for your morning coffee. Slide into the hammock with a book, or relax with friends in the lounge area. The living room is decorated with plants and dark tones, with a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and cooking utensils. The hallway to the bedroom comes with ample storage space. The queen size bed is fitted with soft linens, ideal for a good night's rest. The private terrace connected to the bedroom is furnished with a breakfast table and a sunchair. The flat comes with a bathroom equipped with a full shower and towels. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system.
