Residing in the heart of the Almagro neighborhood, revel in the sights of royal mansions or historical monuments. After a stroll through the streets of Madrid, there's nothing better than relaxing at home. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property is given a modern spin with design inspired by international travels and supplies from local artisans. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a rustic wooden headboard and an exposed brick wall framing the space. The beautifully tiled bathroom has a walk in shower and plenty of space for getting ready in the morning. The living room has a full entertainment system and an exposed brick accent wall with dried flower hangings to keep the grassland theme alive. A dedicated workstation sits behind the couch for remote working needs. The door leads out to the large terrace. Guests are encouraged to soak up the Mediterranean sun and enjoy a meal on the terrace, or in the colder months, at the indoor dining table. The tiled kitchen is furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils.
