The building offers a shared pool and a parking space for guests to use. *This apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system in all rooms for absolute comfort. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *Please note that the building is currently under construction, including the communal areas. This may cause temporary noise and dirt.
