Please note that if the length of stay is more than 3 months, then the security deposit amounts to two months' rent. Utility bills are not included in the rent, amounting to 225EUR / month. If a guest consumes more than this, then it will be deducted from the security deposit and invoice to the guest. There's a 120EUR cleaning fee at check out. There's also a weekly cleaning cost of 100EUR, upon request. Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
