The name of the house "Los Cabritos de Tomás" ("The Kids of Thomas") is caused by a fragment of a play whose manuscript was found in the house before reform. It was written in 1864 by D. Casto Garcia y Garcia and possibly was one of the many people who had the house throughout its history. While obviously not met D. Casto nor is our family, we want to pay this small tribute. The house, with all the characteristics of the popular architecture of Sanabria: stone, slate(blackboard)and wood, is placed in the core of the medieval villa of Puebla de Sanabria and it is near to the Major Plaza and the Castle. The furniture and materials have been selected by the owners to make the house a welcoming place. Trust and hope that the rustic lovers enjoy the details.
