The property is located in the Ciutat Vella, specifically between the port and the beach. It has a double bedroom, modern bathroom, office kitchen and balcony where you can have breakfast or a drink enjoying the sea breeze. The living room has a sofa bed and there is a dining room. It comes with heating, fans, television and the internet are included in the price.
La Barceloneta is in high demand as it is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the city full of history and charm. It is a marine district with its greatest attraction being the beach, which provides a great atmosphere and the added appeal of its beach bars. With places of interest like the Museum of History of Catalonia and the Port Vell where the Maremagnum Shopping Centre provides the opportunity to shop and go to the cinema. The area has all the services you could need and plenty of fresh seafood restaurants to enjoy, there are also lots of terraces around to sit and relax in. The surroundings offer coworking spaces too.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 4 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 4 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

- Tenants’ Passport/NIE/ID
- Only for employees: Copy of the last three payrolls OR copy of your contract.
- Only for self-employed: Last income tax return.
- Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the apartment.
- For companies representing tenants:
*** Constitution deeds and TIN of the company.
*** Company’s representative full power deeds and DNI or passport.
*** Last tax statement.

The length of the contract will be up to 11 months regardless of the requested dates on HousingAnywhere. There will be the possibility to renew the contract 2 months before its expiration.

AVAILABILITY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
