The building is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Barcelona, characterised by its important cultural heritage. This is a very fashionable area, which features many terraces in charming squares, tapas bars both modern and traditional, famous for its strong cultural heritage and buzzy nightlife. Living here provides you with access to all the local amenities such as restaurants, municipal markets, supermarkets, hospital, cinemas, gyms and shopping centres. Born is also a neighbourhood that is close to the beach, which is accessible on foot and Ciutadella Park is only a few minutes away, perfect for picnics, a place for reading a book or to enjoy a run.
The entire city is well connected via public transport. The closest metro stop to the building is Barceloneta (L4).

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The agency fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 4 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 4 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- Tenants’ Passport/NIE/ID
- Only for employees: Copy of the last three payrolls OR copy of your contract.
- Only for self employed: Last income tax return.
- Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the apartment.
- For companies representing tenants:
*** Constitution deeds and TIN of the company.
*** Company’s representative full power deeds and DNI or passport.
*** Last tax statement.
The length of the contract will be up to 11 months regardless of the requested dates on HousingAnywhere. There will be the possibility to renew the contract 2 months before its expiration.
AVAILABILITY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
