The apartment is little but comfortable and lovely. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a total of three well-furnished rooms.

You can enjoy the magnificent neighborhood of Barceloneta, have a drink in its bars or relax after a busy day in one of its parks under the shade of trees ;or if you prefer feeling the sand between your fingers, and listening to the sound of waves, the beach is just 3 minutes away.

It is a neighborhood with a lot of diversity, as opposed to people who were born and raised in the neighborhood as foreigners who have decided to move to Barcelona.
The Barceloneta is known as an old fisherman neighbourhood and has continued its tradition up to now, family owned restaurants with a variety of seafood and traditional spanish tapas/dishes. As well as artisanal bakeries that use eco and organic ingredients to bake delicious croissants, bread, plum cakes (my favourite is the organic matcha cake, you should try it! From Baluard Barceloneta)
Additionally, big supermarkets (such as condis, lidl, caprabo... ) and local shops are 3-5 minutes away.

It is a neighborhood with great night activity, especially in summer. The pubs and clubs are concentrated on the promenade and the beach area so the noise does not reach the residential area.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- WIFI and cleaning service in common areas included.
- Guests are not allowed in the flat (only exceptionally if accepted by the landlord and there will be an extra cost).
-The costs of electrical supplies, are included up to a reasonable expense, Light 35€, gas 35€, water 35€(monthly expense) If this quantity is excedeed the guest will have to pay the difference. Usually bills go out for less than this value, if you are a conscious and careful person you do not have to worry.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW DURING COVID TIMES:
•We use disinfectant products that are approved by the international health associations.
• We follow the government recommendations in order to clean each room.
•We have disinfected all the frequently touched surfaces, including wardrobes and light switches, before your arrival. Common areas will be cleaned and disinfected once a week.
• We will lend you disinfectant and cleaning products.
•Hospital del Mar is 3 minutes away from the apartment.
•Pharmacist is 2 minutes away
