1 room room of 31 m² in Madrid

FROM 30TH MAY ON >> We are renting a single room in a big and reformed flat in Salamanca's district in Madrid. 1 minute walking to 4 different metro lines. 10mins walk from the amazing Parque del Retiro, 10' to the old town (Malasaña, La Latina)... The room has a single bed (which you could switch with a double one), closet, desk, shelf, and a toilet only for you (outside the dorm). Price includes community expenses and central heating. Other expenses go apart (light, internet, water and common budget) (30-40€month - varies every time). You would live with two girls aged 25 and 29 - very nice and easy going people :). We are 2 physicians, spend pretty much time out of home working, and love to spend our free time doing many different things, from staying home reading a novel, watching a movie, go walking, discovering Madrid (we aren't madrileñas), or partying and dancing all night long!
