1 room room of 24 m² in Barcelona

Hi, I am Looking to share my flat with a girl. Reasonably clean and tidy but not obsessive and that like to organize a dinner/party from time to time. I am 29 & French. looking 4 someone around my age. The room is furnished & exterior, about 10m2. The flat is Huge 95m2 and u will be sharing with me and a guy that comes 1 weekend a month. you'll have your own bathroom. The place is located on the 10th floor , so plenty of light and you can see up to the sea. It is truly a nice place.
