It has 3 cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, a huge and fully furnished living and dining room and a kitchen that, not only has the basics, but also comes with a microwave and washing machine. This apartment is in the Aluche neighborhood, in the Latina district. If you hop on the metro you’ll be able to quickly go to Complutense University of Madrid and Politecnica University. Near the apartment you can find several restaurants, shops and pretty close to the Casa de Campo park. On Sundays, El Rastro flea market draws large crowds to the area for lunch after shopping. The closest metro station is Campamento (Line 5). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. Cerca del apartamento también encontraréis varios restaurantes, tiendas y a un paso del parque de la Casa de Campo. Los domingos, el mercado de El Rastro atrae a grandes multitudes a la zona para almorzar después de comprar. La parada de metro más cercana es Campamento (Línea 5).
