APARTAMENTO LUMINOSO Y ACOGEDOR UBICADO EN EL CENTRO DE VALENCIA CON TERRAZA. IDEAL PARA TRABAJAR REMOTO. ¡Bienvenidos a casa! Este céntrico apartamento está situado en una primera planta en una calle peatonal donde solo pueden entrar coches puntualmente por lo que es un piso muy tranquilo y seguro. Al subir esta primera planta nos encontramos con un apartamento ideal para parejas y también para teletrabajar ya que cuenta con una buena conexión a internet y una zona en la habitación para trabajar. En el apartamento encontrarás un amplio salón-comedor con una cocina abierta dotada con electrodomésticos de primeras marcas como Bosch. Nevera, vitrocerámica, microondas y horno, todo ello de la misma marca. También hay una columna de reciclaje para poder facilitar separar los distintos desechos Encima de esta columna de contenedores también hay una barrita-vinoteca, donde poder guardar los vinos y que se conserven bien. Saliendo de esta cocina tenemos enfrente un gran y cómodo sofá, donde sentados podemos ver una smart Tv. También cuenta con dvd y minicadena con una colección de cds a disposición de la persona que esté hospedada. Desde este salón podemos salir a la joya del apartamento. La gran terraza. Esta terraza te da muchas opciones durante el día a día. Puedes desayunar fuera, cenar fuera... también hay espacio suficiente para poder tender la ropa sin problemas... es una maravilla de espacio. En esta terraza hay un cuartito donde se encuentra la lavadora y el termo. Si volvemos al apartamento, nos encontraremos un baño, completo, con grifería empotrada donde podrás disfrutar tomándote una ducha, de un toallero eléctrico e incluso de un buen plato de ducha. Saliendo de esta estancia y a mano derecha podemos encontrar la habitación principal del piso. Se trata de una habitación con una cama de matrimonio, un amplio vestidor de 2 metros de largo donde poder guardar todas las pertenencias. Una mesa de oficina donde poder teletrabajar, estudiar o tener ahí tu propia oficina y, además, esta estancia cuenta con un pequeño balcón que da al exterior. Un buen punto a favor ya que da luz natural a la habitación y puedes salir al balconcito si quieres tomar el aire. > - No groups of friends can be accepted. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples. - As a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times. - In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24º C in cool mode / 25ºC in heat mode. - No parties or events are allowed. - You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform - Typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request. - Please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / between , will have a supplement of 30 EUR, to be paid at check-in time. - The building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. Kitchen should be cleaned (especially of food debris) and garbage taken out (there are recycling bins near the apartment). In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may - Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment. - It is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises. - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. - Pets are not allowed. - Damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage. - If you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment. - Please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay. - You will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.
